Build Brave Training offers support at different levels of engagement:

  • Completely Customized 1 on 1 Coaching - Through weekly calls we’ll build an approach to embodying movement, creativity, and rest that is at your pace, and is tailored to your values and goals.  

  • Guided Explorations of a Key Theme - A deep dive into a specific adaptive curriculum built around the themes of movement, creative, and rest, and how to weave it into your daily practice. Some possible themes:

    • Meaningful Movement

    • Growing Resilience

    • Food & Attention

    • Grounding & Restoration

    • Developing a Creative Practice

  • Customized Training Plan - An iterative development of a training program designed for your needs and contexts, with specific attention on building adaptability, resiliency, and enjoyment throughout the process and program.

  • Adaptable Consistency - The rejection of perfectionism and control, and an embrace of responding to the What Is with intention and purpose.
